Research:
I study semantic encoding for relational reasoning and analogical inference.
My work combines traditional natural language processing with some unconventional neural network modeling to produce a system that draws analogies between phrasal scenes to make predictions about the extensions of those scenes.
I focus predominantly on natural language processing/logical back-ends and their integration with other neurally inspired systems.
