I’m fascinated by genomes and their hidden complexity.
In my research, I use pangenomics approaches for identifying agronomical traits that can be incorporated into breeding programs to enhance food security and sustainability.
In addition, I’m interested in developing effective data visualization tools to better understand and communicate complex genomic data.
