My work hopes to investigate the impact of remotely collected patient data (IoT/Wearable) on patient/population health statistics when integrated with an EHR/EMR. This includes both chronic diseases currently capable of being monitored via IoT devices as well as those that are expected to be observable with future/emerging devices; especially drone-based telemedicine platforms. Also, I would like to investigate what factors enable and optimize the integration of these technologies to an EHR/EMR.
