My research is grounded in complex systems theory and focuses on mapping sociotechnical systems using mixed methods. Broadly, I am interested in assessing and analyzing armed conflict, humanitarian crises, and multilateral interventions. More specifically, my current research analyzes the contextual fit of international norms when applied to the governance of national statistical data in Latin America and the Caribbean.
