Influence is often difficult to share amongst team members. Especially in tech spaces where complexity is unescapable, disagreements are commonplace, and certain personality types are favored over others. Given this context, in my research, I seek to identify interactions that help design teams build a shared understanding of the problem at hand and avoid biasing decision-making (i.e., groupthink).
